- Yield: 1 Sandwich (1 Servings)
- 1 roll Costanzo's Medium Rustic Hoagie Roll
- 6 oysters Fried Oysters
- 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sweet Asian Chili Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ground Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce low sodium
- 1/4 cup Slaw Mix
- 2 oz Blue Cheese Dressing
- To make Asian BBQ sauce, mix hoisin sauce, sweet asian chilli sauce, ginger and soy sauce. Set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl place blue cheese dressing and combine with slaw mix.
To assemble: Lightly toast roll. Take oysters and dip in Asian BBQ sauce and place on Costanzo's Medium Rustic Hoagie roll, top with blue cheese slaw mixture and serve.
