Classic Eggplant Parmesan

  • 1 roll Costano's Classic 8'' Sub Roll
  • 3 slices Eggplant breaded and cooked
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Provolone Cheese


  1. Layer the eggplant sauce and provolone on a Costanzo's Classic 8" Sub Roll. Place under the broiler (open-faced) to melt the cheese. Top with a bit more sauce on the top of the roll and serve it up.
