Roast beef sandwich with red pepper slaw

Sometimes, all you want is a simple, easy-to-make recipe. This roast beef sandwich with red pepper slaw takes just 10 minutes and feeds four. It’s a great sandwich to try on a busy day!

Here’s what you need:

½ small head romaine lettuce

6 sweet red cherry peppers (such as Peppadews)

1 tbsp. olive oil

¼ tsp. Black pepper

12 oz. thinly sliced roast beef

Here’s what you do:

  1.  In a bowl, toss the lettuce, peppers, oil and 1/4 tsp pepper.
  2.  Form sandwiches with the rolls, roast beef and the romaine slaw.
