- 1 Costanzo’s Tuscan Hoagie Roll
- 6 oz Chicken Breast, grilled
- 2 oz Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/4 cup Celery, diced
- 1/8 cup Carrots, shredded
- 1 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Grill chicken breast with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Let chicken cool, then dice into small pieces.
- Toss with creamy blue cheese dressing, diced celery, shredded carrots, and blue cheese crumbles and serve.
