  • 1 roll Costanzo's Medium Rustic Hoagie Roll
  • 6 oysters Fried Oysters
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Asian Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 1/4 cup Slaw Mix
  • 2 oz Blue Cheese Dressing


  1. To make Asian BBQ sauce, mix hoisin sauce, sweet asian chilli sauce, ginger and soy sauce. Set aside. In a separate mixing bowl place blue cheese dressing and combine with slaw mix. To assemble: Lightly toast roll. Take oysters and dip in Asian BBQ sauce and place on Costanzo's Medium Rustic Hoagie roll, top with blue cheese slaw mixture and serve.
