Blue Cheese Chicken Salad

  • 1 roll Costanzo’s Brioche Roll
  • 6 oz Chicken Breast grilled
  • 2 oz Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Celery diced
  • 1/8 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper


  1. Grill chicken breast with olive oil, salt and pepper. Let chicken cool, then dice into small pieces. Toss with creamy blue cheese dressing, diced celery, shredded carrots, and blue cheese crumbles. Serve on a Costanzo’s Medium Brioche Roll.
