Ingredients

  • 1 roll Costanzo's Rustic Sub Roll
  • 6 oz Ground Pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Srirachi Hot Sauce
  • 3/4 oz Mayonnaise
  • 1 Green onion chopped
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 3 oz Coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. Place Pork and next 6 ingredients in a bowl and combine thoroughly. Form into six- one ounce balls and bake at 350 degrees until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. While meatballs are cooking, in a bowl mix together vinegar, sugar and oil. Toss mixture with slaw mix. Place meatballs in Costanzo's Rustic Sub Roll and top with slaw mixture. Garnish with cilantro. Serve.
