Chicken Caesar Sub

  • Yield: 1 Sandwich (1 Servings)


  • 1 roll Costanzo’s Brioche Sub Roll
  • 3 oz Chicken Breast grilled, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 leaf Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 tablespoons Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 oz Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Grill chicken breast with olive oil, salt and pepper; let cool and dice into small pieces. Chop the lettuce, and lightly toss with creamy Caesar dressing. Season with Coarse Ground Black pepper and shredded Parmesan cheese and serve on a Costanzo’s Brioche Sub Roll.
