Crispy Prosciutto Breakfast Slider

Crispy Prosciutto, Brie and Honey Mustard Aioli

Ahead of time:
  • Combine 50/25 mixture of whole eggs and cream cheese in blender with salt and pepper
  • loosely scramble to runny consistency and chill in bowl over ice to stop eggs from cooking further
  • reserve eggs in cooler and pull to order
Assembly:
  • toast small Costanzo Kaiser roll #5580 and butter each side
  • lightly reheat eggs in pan, sprinkling chives and drizzle of olive oil
  • crisp up prosciutto slice on grill
  • top with slice of brie
  • cover inside of top of small Kaiser with honey mustard aioli
