Ingredients
- 4 pounds Ground Pork Butt
- 1 tbsp Fennel Seed
- 1 tbsp Red Pepperflakes
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tbso Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Parslet chopped
- 8 slices Swiss Cheese
- 8 slices Deli Ham
- Dill Pickle Chips
- 8 Costanzo Brioche Buns
- 1 Jalapeño Jalapeño Mustard
- 1 cup Dijon Mustard Jalapeño Mustard
- 1/2 cup Whole Grain Mustard Jalapeño Mustard
- 1 Lime Jalapeño Mustard
- 1/4 cup Honey Jalapeño Mustard
- Salt & Pepper to taste Jalapeño Mustard
Instructions
- Combine pork, fennel, red pepper, cumin, salt, pepper, and parsley in a large mixing bowl.
- Using hands, mix seasoning into the meat. Form eight 8-ounce burgers.
- Using a grill or cast-iron pan, cook burgers to desired doneness. Before removing from heat, melt a slice of Swiss on top of each patty.
- To serve, place patties on buns. Add a slice of ham and dill pickle chips to each. Spread jalapeño mustard generously on the top bun.
