Cuban Burger

  • 4 pounds Ground Pork Butt
  • 1 tbsp Fennel Seed
  • 1 tbsp Red Pepperflakes
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbso Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parslet chopped
  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 8 slices Deli Ham
  • Dill Pickle Chips
  • 8 Costanzo Brioche Buns
  • 1 Jalapeño Jalapeño Mustard
  • 1 cup Dijon Mustard Jalapeño Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Whole Grain Mustard Jalapeño Mustard
  • 1 Lime Jalapeño Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Honey Jalapeño Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper to taste Jalapeño Mustard


  1. Combine pork, fennel, red pepper, cumin, salt, pepper, and parsley in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Using hands, mix seasoning into the meat. Form eight 8-ounce burgers.
  3. Using a grill or cast-iron pan, cook burgers to desired doneness. Before removing from heat, melt a slice of Swiss on top of each patty.
  4. To serve, place patties on buns. Add a slice of ham and dill pickle chips to each. Spread jalapeño mustard generously on the top bun.
