  • 1 roll Costanzo's Split Top Premium Roll
  • 1 Portabella Mushroom medium
  • 1 slice Red Onion
  • 1/2 Red Pepper roasted
  • 4 Asparagus
  • Balsamic Dressing
  • Gremolata


  1. Coat Mushroom, onion, pepper and asparagus with balsamic dressing and grill vegetables until just softened. Place grilled vegetables on bottom of roll. Spread top of Costanzo's Split Top Premium Roll with gremolata and place on top. Serve.
