Hot Ham Breakfast Sandwich

 Spinach, Feta, Egg Whites

Assembly:
  • toast Costanzo Medium Kaiser #5570 and butter both sides
  • In pan, sauté chopped hot ham and chopped/drained frozen spinach
  • fold in egg whites and continue to scramble using plastic spatula
  • add crumble feta over top of scramble and place pan under broiler for :30 seconds
  • close buttered roll
