  • 1 roll Costanzo's Large Rustic Sub Roll
  • 6 oz Beef thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Rapini
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 1 pinch Red Peper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Lightly toast Costanzo's Large Rustic Sandwich Roll. Saute rapini with lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange ingredients on roll and serve.
