Chicken Parm Sub

Yield: 1 Sandwich (1 Serving)

Ingredients

• 1 Costanzo’s 8″ White Submarine Roll
• 2 chicken patties, breaded and cooked
• 2-3 tbsp marinana sauce
• 2-3 slices Provolone cheese

Instructions

1. Layer the chicken, sauce and provolone on a Costanzo’s 8″ White Submarine Roll.
2. Place under the broiler (open-faced) to melt the cheese.
3. Top the roll with a bit more sauce and serve.
